Increases in speeds meant faster transmission, less waiting for users, and increased possibilities.

Although the application of this technology is widely known for usage in cell phones, it is invisibly used in many aspects of your home you probably didn't know.

This technology was later introduced into widely popular gaming systems and their remote controllers. Users no longer had to be tied to the consoles with a cable. Handheld game systems use it to communicate with each other. Even toys integrate this software for wireless controls. Computer mice widely use this type of connection along with keyboards too. This helped reduce clutter at the computer desk. The connection of these peripherals require a bluetooth adapter, whether it is integrated into the system or not.
